Shipping Policy

1. We only ship in India. After your order confirmation, you will get a shipping link in 5-7 working days on your registered email id. After your package is shipped, it takes 7-14 days for delivery of your parcel. Cancellation of the package is only possible in 2 working days. We cannot cancel the parcel after 2 working days. If you don't get the parcel within 14 working days from dispatch, then you will be eligible for a full refund. (Kindly note: If your Address / Phone is incomplete or wrong, then your order will b returned and your payment will be refunded after deducting 20% amount. There is no guarantee of Delivery in case of incomplete Address)

2. We provide support all over india for Shipping. Kindly enter only the city name in the "CITY" Field. DO NOT ENTER your address in the "CITY" section. If you enter any address other than the city in the "CITY" section, your parcel will be returned and the amount will be refunded after deducting 20% of your paid amount.

3. If during Transit any product breaks or gets lost, you are eligible for a full refund.

4. If by any chance you refuse to receive the product at time of delivery or if the parcel gets Return to Origin in the proper condition due to wrong address or your unavailability, 20% amount will be deducted and money will be refunded.

7. Pricing is subject to this website only. We don't offer our products on any other Website or platform.

8. MOST IMPORTANT: If you are not able to get Delivery OTP due to non working of your sim, unreachable phone number or wrong phone no then the delivery will not be possible in any way as the OTP is mandatory. The phone number cannot be changed later after shipment is done. In this case the refund will be processed after deducting 20% of your order amount as the return fee is charged by the courier company and it's the mistake of the customer and not Purefect.
